REFUND POLICY
All sales of digital products (e-books) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the file has been made available for download.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
To request a refund, please contact us at ecokazu@mac.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.
No Refunds for the Following
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your device (please check file format compatibility before purchasing)
- Failure to read or use the product after download
